All products must be returned in a complete, unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging.
Please note that refunds may take some time as we can only refund urns once we have received and inspected them. We must inspect each returned item to ensure it is in the correct condition. Once the refund has been approved and processed, a customer service representative will email you to confirm.
